Welcome to the Capture by Brighthammer (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a product of our tech startup. Please read these Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before using the App.
By downloading, installing, and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the App.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The App provides a platform for users to capture notes and photos. This Agreement is entered between the User and the App. This Agreement presents the "General Terms and Conditions" applicable to the use of the App.
REGISTRATION
To use the App, you may need to register and provide certain information, including a username, a password, and a valid email address ("Registration Data").USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, for all activities that occur under your account, and for all inside the App conducted by you. The App is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your account.USE OF THE APP
The App grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App pursuant to this Agreement. USER CONTENT
You are solely responsible for any data, text, files, information, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, and links (the "Content") that you submit, post, and display on the App.

MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
